Viña Mara opened in 2002. The ethos of the restaurant is to serve excellent food, give friendly and professional service, welcome our guests to a warm cosy atmosphere and of course, to guarantee our guests excellent value for money.
Our Head Chef, James Gallagher, is a young and passionate chef. James’ aim is to create original flavour combinations using the finest local organic produce.
Our friendly and experienced staff are here to give you a warm welcome and ensure you enjoy a unique dining experience with us at Vina Mara.

Fresh, local produce:
We strive to source all our food produce as locally as possible; meats from the green grasslands of Ireland and fish from the waters of the Atlantic. All food is prepared in our kitchen by our team of Chefs.
We bake bread freshly every day, make our own sauces, garnishes and ice creams. This ensures that our guests area always guaranteed a unique food experience at Viña Mara.
